ATTENTION: Fareway has begun the first phase of construction. The parking closest to the church is now closed. You can still park in the Fareway lot, but you will need to walk a bit farther to get to the church door. Please use this parking lot if you are able to walk, and leave spaces in the lot west of the church off 6th St. for those with mobility needs. Thank you!

Lent began yesterday. First Christian Church joined Ames United Church of Christ and First United Methodist Church for an Ash Wednesday Service. It was a Spirit filled, deeply moving service. If you were unable to be with us, here is the link to Pastor Eileen Gebbie's message.
